Health Ministry
We are a group of parishioners with active and retired careers in healthcare ranging from social work, pharmacy, nursing and physical therapy. This ministry exists to assist the parish with healthcare needs and beyond. We are eager to recruit new members interested in our active and purposeful ministry.
Health Ministry Programs
The Health Ministry offers programs to assist with medical, spiritual, and physical support. Below are some of the programs we provide; please call the Health Ministry coordinator or those members listed below.
Grief and Loss
Hilda has expertise in this area, and contacts bereaved family members shortly after a loss, offering support and/or resources.

Medical Supply
Durable Medical supplies such as walkers, wheelchairs, bedside commodes, and canes are available for short-term use.

Blood Pressure Clinic
The Health Ministry takes blood pressures at each Paul Bunyan Breakfast held on the second Saturday of odd months.

Additional Assistance
Health Ministry members can provide transportation for office visits or if you seek a medically based liaison to accompany you for support. We can assist you in setting up pill-box medications for the week.

Blessing Box Installation April 2026
Our latest endeavor has been our blessing box that is located on the east side of the Church parking lot. We are creating a food pantry that will feed into the blessing box when it is empty.
All healthcare professionals are welcome to belong to the Health Ministry.
